At Vintage Guitars Seattle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; we offer a 7-day inspection period for all vintage and pre-owned gear to ensure it meets your expectations. Please note that all returns must be in the exact condition as received and include all original documentation and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our shop via email or phone within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the guitar in its original shipping carton using professional-grade packing materials to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Instrument

  Affix the provided return label and ship the item back to our Seattle showroom via a tracked and insured carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
